Declaring Land Held for Railway Purposes at Upper Hutt to be Set Apart for Local Purpose Reserve (Road)

Pursuant to section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for a local purpose reserve (road) and vested in The Upper Hutt City Council from and after 20 September 1998.

Land Acquired in Connection With a Motorway in Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired in connection with a motorway, and is vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Easements for Irrigation Purposes (Maungatapere Irrigation Scheme) Over Land in the Whangarei District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 18 August 1998, acquiring easements for irrigation purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 August 1998, No. 125 at page 3043 by deleting the land firstly described in the First Schedule and substituting the following:

and by further deleting reference to certificate of title 102B/207 in the Second Schedule and substituting reference to certificate of title 108C/487.

Pursuant to Part 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 117 (3) (a), the portion of stopped road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be vested in Leonardus Antonius Josephus van de Wijdeven, printer and Maria Louise Hendriette van de Wijdeven, mother, both of Warkworth.

(b) Pursuant to section 117 (3) (b), the portion of stopped road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be vested in Paul William Goodyear, contractor and Joanne Lesley Goodyear, his wife, both of Warkworth.
