Pursuant to section 63 of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the area of land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby held as an amenity area under section 23A of the Conservation Act 1987.

Lake Hanlon Amenity Area
171.3 hectares, more or less, being all of the land shown as "A", "B", "C" and "D" on S.O. Plan 15291, situated in Blocks III and VI, Kongahu Survey District, and Block IX, Otumahana Survey District.

Granville Wildlife Management Area
2810 hectares, more or less, being Sections 1, 2 and 3 on S.O. 12266, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hokitika.
