The Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1997 (No. 3), Amendment No. 1

Pursuant to the Securities Amendment Act 1988, the Securities Commission gives the following notice.

N o t i c e

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as The Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1997 (No. 3), Amendment No. 1, and is part of the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1997 (No. 3) (the “principal notice”).

(2) This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Schedule amended—The Schedule to the principal notice is amended by inserting, after the name “Southpower Limited”, the name “Taranua Wind Power Limited”.

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule below, is hereby held for conservation purposes and it shall thereafter be so held.
