reasonably necessary for the purpose, for the purpose of laying, inspecting, repairing, maintaining and renewing the said overhead lines, poles, cables or pipes or any part thereof and of opening up the soil of the easement land to such extent as may be necessary and reasonable in that regard subject to the condition that as little disturbance as possible is caused to the surface and that the surface is restored as nearly as possible to its original condition and that damage done by reason of the aforesaid operation is repaired;

(d) the grantor will not do anything to interrupt the flow of electricity through the aforesaid lines, poles, cables or pipes; and

(e) the grantee will lay the said overhead lines, poles, cables or pipes at a minimum depth of 50 (fifty) centimetres below the existing ground level and will at all times maintain the said overhead lines, poles,

cables or pipes so the same do not create or become a nuisance.
