Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 29, Boulder Bridge to Region 3/4 Boundary

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 2 September 1998, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 29, commencing at the west abutment of Boulder Bridge (Route Position 21/13.34) and proceeding in a generally south-westerly direction for a distance of 7.59 kilometres to Region 3/4 Boundary (Route Position 42/0.00) approximately 470 metres west of Hanga Road; as more particularly shown on Plan LA 23/109/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Appointment of the Minister of Education to Control and Manage a Reserve and Declaration That the Said Reserve Shall be Subject to the Provisions of Part XXVI of the Education Act 1989 (Early Childhood Education)

Pursuant to section 36 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Conservation, hereby appoints the Minister of Education to control and manage the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a local purpose (site for a kindergarten) and further declares that the said reserve shall be subject to the provisions of Part XXVI of the Education Act 1989 (Early Childhood Education).

Amendment to Notice

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the notice entitled Classification of Reserve published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 April 1996, No. 36, page 1068, by deleting the Schedule and inserting in its place the following Schedule.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as reserves for hospital purposes over the lands described in the First Schedule and revokes the reservation as reserves for Government purposes (health services) over the land described in the Second Schedule.

This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 27 April 1998 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 60, 30 April, page 1349, and that notice is hereby cancelled.
