Amendment of Notice

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, amends the notices of Cancellation of the Appointment of the Hawke’s Bay Branch of the New Zealand Crippled Children Society (Incorporated) to Control and Manage a Reserve and Change of Classification of Reserve and Vesting in The Napier City Council, both published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 August 1998, No. 107, page 2637, by replacing the words "Town Section 722" in the Schedule of both notices with the words "Town Section 772".

Vesting of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the One Tree Hill Domain Recreation Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, is vested in The Auckland City Council, in trust, for recreation purposes, subject to the Crown reserving the right to cancel the vesting if or when the reserve was ever required for a treaty settlement in terms of the Treaty of Waitangi Act 1975.
