Restriction on Planting and Erection of Structures—State Highway No. 6, Wingham Park Corner Realignment, Grey District

Pursuant to section 236 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares the land described in the Schedule to be subject to the following restriction:

No person shall plant any vegetation or erect any structure on the land which is higher than 1.5 metres above the level of the adjoining Taylorsville Road. This restriction shall not apply to normal post and wire stock and deer fences.

Land to be Acquired for Sewage Treatment Purposes, Road to be Stopped and Stopped Road to be Vested Situated in Block II, Aparima Hundred and Block XVI, Jacobs River Hundred

Pursuant to sections 20 (1), 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Manager, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares:

(a) That an agreement having been entered into, that the land described in the First and Third Schedule is hereby acquired for sewage treatment purposes and shall vest in The Southland District Council from the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) That the road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be stopped and when stopped deemed acquired for sewage treatment purposes and shall vest in The Southland District Council from the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
