Lands, the Regional Manager, Crown Property Services, Dunedin, declares that, an agreement having been entered into, declares:

(a) That the land described in the First Schedule shall be declared road and shall vest in The Southland District Council, from the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) That the road described in the Second Schedule shall be stopped and when stopped shall vest in Her Majesty the Queen for the purposes of a river bed, from the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) That the land described in the Third Schedule shall be acquired and when acquired shall vest in Her Majesty the Queen for the purposes of a river bed, from the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(d) That the land acquired in the Fourth Schedule shall be acquired and when acquired shall be declared local purpose (esplanade) reserve and shall vest in The Southland District Council from the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road in North Shore City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the lands described in the Schedule are hereby acquired for a limited access road, which becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares the part of stopped road described in the Schedule to be vested in Murray Joseph Dangen of Peria, farmer and June Faye Dangen, his wife, subject to all encumbrances registered on certificate of title 1876/45 on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Registry Office.
