Lakes Maraeatai, Whakamaru, Atiamuri, Ohakuri, Aratiatia up to Huka falls;

The Tinito and Putere Lakes;
All year

Lake Rotorua except those waters leading into Ohau Channel which are inwardly bound by landmarks;
All year

Lakes Okareka, Rotoehu, Rerewhakaaitu, Okaro, Ngahewa, Ngapouri, Rotomahana, Tikitapu;
All year

Lake Rotoma except for the winter shoreline spawning areas situated between landmarks at Anaputa Point and Matahi Lagoon, and the area marked in Manawahe Bay, both extending 200m offshore;
All year

Those parts of Lake Tarawera designated winter shoreline fishing areas as follows: (a) between landmarks at either end of the beach known as the Te Wairoa landing (excluding the Te Wairoa Stream mouth) and extending 200m offshore; and (b) enclosing Rangiuru Bay between landmarks at Stoney Point and Karirri Point, and extending 200m offshore;
All year

That part of Lake Rotoiti designated a winter shoreline fishing area between landmarks situated at Ruato and Hinehopu and extending 200m offshore;
All year

That part of Lake Okataina designated a winter shoreline fishing area between landmarks situated at Te Koutu Point and west of Okataina Lodge and extending 200m offshore;
All year

The Kaituna River downstream of the Lake Rotoiti flow control structure;
All year

The Tarawera River downstream of the Tarawera Falls;
All year

The Whakatane River downstream of the Owaka Stream confluence;
All year

The Waiohau River downstream of the Reid Road bridge;
All year

The Wairoa River downstream of the Te Reinga Falls;
All year

The Waikaretaheke River downstream of the Piripaua Powerhouse;
All year

The Rangitaiki River downstream of the Otamatea Stream confluence, excluding the 80m below the Aniwhenua Barrage;
All year

Lakes Matahina, Flaxy, and Aniwhenua;
All year

The Aniwhenua, Flaxy and Rangitaiki (Wheao) canals, including the Wheao River downstream of the powerhouse;
All year

Lakes Waikaremoana and Waikareiti;
All year

Lake McLaren and the Ruahihi Canal;
All year

The Wairoa River below Lake McLaren;
All year

The Waiuau River downstream of the Waikaretaheke River confluence;
All year

The Waioeka River downstream of the Cruen Creek confluence;
All year

The Ngongotaha, Waiteiti, Hamurana and Awahou Streams below the bridges where the Ngongotaha and Hamurana Roads cross these streams;
All year

The Utuhina Stream below the Lake Road bridge;
All year

Those waters flowing into Lake Rotorua (excluding those sections specified above and closed waters) and Lake Waikaremoana;
1st December to 30th June

The waters between landmarks approximately 150m downstream of the Lake Tarawera Outlet and the Tarawera Falls;
1st October to 31st May

All other waters except Closed Season Waters;
1st October to 30th June
