Land Taken for Motorway

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, the Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be taken for motorway purposes, and shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

88 square metres, being part Allotment 7, Parish of Okura; marked “A” on S.O. Plan 68661. Balance of certificate of title 536/165.

S.O. Plan 68661 is lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken between Gorge Creek and Fruitlands in the Central Otago District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Sarah Caroline Buchanan, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 30th day of June 1998, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 July 1998, No. 91 at page 2088, declaring land acquired for road, road stopped and land taken by substituting in Item 1 of the Eighth Schedule “7006” for “5994”.

Buchanan, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Manukau City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
