"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Manukau City Council hereby declares the land described as part Lot 3, D.P. 41206, comprising 1.2292 hectares, and being all the land contained in certificate of title 4A/167 to be a local purpose (community buildings) reserve".

First Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Manukau City

15.0334 hectares, more or less, being Allotment 499, Parish of Manurewa. Gazette notice No. 661056 (all New Zealand Gazette, 1978, page 544). Shown on S.O. Plan 52490.

Second Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Manukau City

1.2292 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 3, D.P. 41206. All certificate of title 4A/167. Subject to Proc. 18804.

Both situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over that part of a recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Hamilton City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from such sale to be paid into council’s reserves account to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

956 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, L.T. S 78356. Part certificate of title 36A/272.

Land Declared No Longer Needed for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Lands Act 1949, and pursuant to authority delegated to me, I, Paul Dickson Burke, Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

Notice

The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.
This notice shall come into force on the 3rd day of September 1998.
