  2. All those parcels containing 3500 hectares, more or less, being the land edged green on a copy of the plan labelled Waipaoa Lease Forest and being Lot 1, D.P. 6941, Gisborne Land District, more commonly known as Waipaoa Lease Forest.

  3. All those parcels containing 12 510 hectares, more or less, being the land edged green on S.O. Plan 8492, Gisborne Land District and being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35, D.P. 8162, more commonly known as Mangatu Forest.

  4. Where a boundary is shown there shall be immediately adjacent to those lands a fire safety margin of one kilometre deemed to be within the boundaries of the Eastland Rural Fire District, but does not include where the fire safety margin overlaps an adjacent Rural Fire District.

  5. The boundaries are more particularly delineated, but excluding the fire safety margin, on those plans NRFA 128 entitled Eastland Rural Fire District, deposited in the Headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service at Wellington.

Electoral Main Rolls Closing Notice 1998

Pursuant to section 104 (2) (b) of the Electoral Act 1993, the Chief Registrar of Electors gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title—This notice may be cited as the Electoral Main Rolls Closing Notice 1998.

  2. Date for closing of main rolls—The date for the closing of the main rolls is 28 August 1998.

Explanatory Note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

A main roll is printed each year for each electoral district so that it can be checked by members of the public. Each roll lists electors who are enrolled on a date specified for the closing of the rolls. This notice specifies 28 August 1998 as that date. The rolls will be printed as soon as practicable after that date.
