That George William Stuart Boyd pay the following costs:
(a) to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $3,550.00 in respect of the costs and expenses of and incidental to the consideration of the application by this tribunal;
(b) to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $1,703.50 in respect of its costs in opposing the application; and
(c) to the Auckland District Law Society the sum of $2,101.00 in respect of its costs in opposing the application.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Supplementary Integration Agreements
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietors of the following schools:
- Sacred Heart Girls College, New Plymouth.
- Francis Douglas Memorial College, New Plymouth.
The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on the 20th day of July 1998. Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 116 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui.

Appointment of Members of the Quota Appeal Authority (No. F89)
Pursuant to section 28A (4) of the Fisheries Act 1983, I hereby give notice that I have appointed
-
Derek Robert Broadmore, solicitor of Wellington to be chairman of the Quota Appeal Authority; and
-
Royce Edwin Walter Elliott, retired of Lower Hutt and
-
Richard Fraser, retired of Wellington
to be members of the Quota Appeal Authority for a period of 12 months.
This notice shall come into force on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

The Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice (No. 4) 1998 (No. F90)
Pursuant to section 28W (3) of the Fisheries Act 1983, the Minister of Fisheries, after consultation with the New Zealand Fishing Industry Board and the Treaty of Waitangi Fisheries Commission and after having regard to the provisions of section 28W (5) of the Fisheries Act 1983, hereby gives the following notice:
Notice

Title and commencement—
(a) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice (No. 4) 1998.
(b) This notice shall come into effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Interpretation—In this notice the ‘Gisborne Fisheries Group’ means Gisborne Fisheries 1955 Limited, and any related company as defined in section 2 (3) of the Companies Act 1993 or any person or company associated with Gisborne Fisheries 1955 Limited for the purposes of the relevant fisheries legislation.

Exemption to quota aggregation limit—As from the date that this notice comes into effect, the Gisborne Fisheries Group is permitted to hold quota and interest in quota in excess of the aggregation limits specified in section 28W (1) of the Fisheries Act 1983, up to a percentage limit of 16.80 percent for rock lobster in Quota Management Area 3.
