Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On the 20th day of July 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, Andrew Leonard Green of 580 Pukehina Parade, Pukehina, Te Puke, was convicted and sentenced to 2 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months from 20 July 1998, following his conviction on 20 July 1998, for an offence of driving whilst disqualified and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge B. H. S. Neal has ordered that a
Toyota Hi Ace motor vehicle, registered No. HG 5142 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Andrew Leonard Green, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 20th day of July 1998.

On the 20th day of July 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, Andrew Leslie Meyer of 7 Domain Road, Papamoa, was convicted and sentenced to 3 months periodic detention following his conviction on 20 July 1998, for an offence of driving whilst disqualified having previously been convicted (twice), cultivating cannabis, possession of utensils, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge B. H. S. Neal has ordered that a
Chrysler Valiant motor vehicle, registered No. HN 7100 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Andrew Leslie Meyer, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 20th day of July 1998.
