  1. The following controlled airspace is amended as designated:

NZA350 (Christchurch CTA/E) and NZA351 (Ohakea CTA/E), NZA750 (Queenstown CTA/D).

  1. The following QNH areas are replaced by new designated QNH zones:

Auckland, Rotorua, Ohakea, Napier, Wellington, Hokitika, Kaikoura, Mount Cook, Christchurch, Dunedin (Northland, Waikato, Manawatu, Hawke Bay, Cook Strait, West Coast, Clarence, Ohau, Canterbury, Fiordland, Otago).

  1. The following subsidiary airspace designation is established:

RNP10 Tasman Sea.

Exemption From Specified Requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990

Pursuant to regulation 36 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, I, John Andrew Justice, Senior Engineer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990 listed in Schedule 2, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 3.
