Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Landon & Brown (1985) Limited, whose registered office is situated at 103 The Strand, Whakatane, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Hamilton by the 20th day of November 1997 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.

Rowan John Chapman and Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker, joint and several liquidators, hereby give notice, pursuant to section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that they intend to remove CWM Investment Fund No 4 Limited, a company having its registered office at Level Eight, 63 Albert Street, Auckland (“the company”), from the Register of Companies, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles of association and the Companies Act 1955.
