Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register of Companies Star Premises Limited (in liquidation) (“the company”) which has its registered office at 47 Boulcott Street, Wellington, by request, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”) on the grounds that the liquidator has filed with the Registrar of Companies the final statement and report, pursuant to sections 257 (1) (a) and 318 of the Act.
