Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the New Zealand Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

1. Take notice that it is intended to remove Forman Young Achievers Limited ("the company") from the New Zealand Register under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.

2. The Company’s Registered Office is: 127 Main Highway, Ellerslie, Auckland.

3. Anyone wishing to object, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must deliver his or her objection to the Registrar of Companies, Private Bag 92-061, Auckland by the 14th day of February 1998.
