Road Realignment in the Manawatu District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), the portion of road described in the First Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 646/35, subject to mortgages B. 401051.4 and B. 409628.1; and

(b) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 646/35, subject to mortgages B. 401051.4 and B. 409628.1.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The Clutha District Council on the 7th day of August 1997.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and;

(i) The area marked “D” to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 310/201.

(ii) The area marked “G” to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 158/288.
