Land to be Declared Road and Road to be Stopped, Situated in Blocks II and VII, Waikawa Survey District
Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Dunedin, declares:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be declared road and which shall vest in The Southland District Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, be stopped and that stopped road:
(i) Firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title 11B/128, subject to all existing encumbrances.
(ii) Secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title 10B/2, subject to all existing encumbrances.
