Easements Acquired at Wainui

Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement to convey water electric power and telephonic communications within the meaning of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952 with the rights to convey electricity and telephonic communications attaching to the right to convey water save that the word "pipe(s)" shall be replaced by the word "cables" and the word "water" shall be replaced by the words "electric power and telephonic communications;" to be held forever appurtenant to the land in the First Schedule has been acquired over the land in the Second Schedule from the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
