Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and shall vest in The Manukau City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped and Added to the Adjoining Reserve in Far North District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Far North District Council, and

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 (3) and 117 (7), the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and when so stopped to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 and to be known as Section 1 on S.O. Plan 68097, and to be added to the adjoining reserve described in the Third Schedule and to be subject to the same reservations and trusts as to the reserve to which it is added.
