Notice Cancelling a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (5) (b), (9), (1) and 18 (1) (i) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the general land described in the Schedule hereto, which was set aside as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place, building sites and place of historical interest for the common use and benefit of Richmond or Pohatu Tapuke Niu Tiren by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, number 102, page 2613, dated the 15th day of June 1989, is hereby cancelled.

Public Works Act 1981

Amending a Notice in Waitakere City Declaring Land Acquired for Road

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, hereby amends the notice dated the 17th day of September 1991, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 September 1991, No. 140, at page 3003 and registered in the Land Titles Office at Auckland as C.309224.1 declaring land to be acquired for road in Waitakere City, pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting from the operative clause thereof, the words “the land in the Schedule is acquired for road” and substituting therefore, the words “the land in the Schedule is acquired in connection with a road”.

Land Acquired for Water Supply Purposes in Rodney District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Ministry of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for water supply purposes and shall vest in Watercare Services Limited on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
