Declaring Land to be Road and Land Taken in North Shore City
Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The North Shore City Council, and
(b) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Second Schedule to be taken and vested in The North Shore City Council.

Stopped Road in Far North District to be Vested
Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares the portions of stopped road described in the Schedule to be amalgamated with the residue of the land contained in certificate of title 58C/28, subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Registry Office.

Land Acquired for Road and Local Purpose Reserve (Quarry and Landfill) in Kaipara District
Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly described in the Schedule is acquired for road and the land secondly described in the Schedule is acquired for local purpose reserve (quarry and landfill) and the said pieces of land shall vest in The Kaipara District Council on deposit of L.T. Plan 181761, in the Land Titles Office at Auckland.
