        Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of a Declaration that Land Shall be Protected Private Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 March 1983, No. 34, page 761, declaring that the private land, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be protected private land for historic purposes.

115.25 hectares, more or less, being Section 32, Block III, Wakefield Survey District. All document 896142.

Revocation of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the reservation, as a tramway reserve, over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of a Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose reserve (accessway) over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Kapiti Coast District Council, at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

185 square metres, more or less, being Lot 93, D.P. 14034, situated in Block I, Paekakariki Survey District, certificate of title 46C/867.

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the common use and benefit of the descendants and the beneficial owners of Part Matapapa 13 block.
