Land at Major Aitken Drive Acquired for Road

Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares the land described in the Schedule, to be set apart for road, which pursuant to section 60(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6, and shall remain vested in the Crown.
