Road Realignment in the Queenstown-Lakes District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The Queenstown-Lakes District Council on the 31st day of July 1997.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and:

(i) The area marked “B” shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title No. 2C/81.

(ii) The area marked “C” shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title No. 2C/81.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken and amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title No. 2C/81.
