Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and shall vest in The Tasman District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto to be stopped, and that:

(i) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), the portion of road described in the Third Schedule, now known as Section 4, S.O. 15318, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 11C/317, subject to memorandum of mortgage 195072.1.

(c) Declares the land described in the Fourth and Fifth Schedules to be taken under Section 119 (1), and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Fourth Schedule, now known as Section 3, S.O. 15318, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 11C/318, subject to memorandum of mortgage 195072.1.

(ii) The areas described in the Fifth Schedule, now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 15318, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 11C/317, subject to memorandum of mortgage 195072.1.

First Schedule

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

All those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Motueka Survey District described as follows:

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 15318, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Second Schedule

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

284 square metres, situated in Block XV, Motueka Survey District, adjoining or passing through Lot 2, D.P. 11555; as shown marked “K” on S.O. Plan 15318, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Third Schedule

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

2162 square metres, situated in Block XV, Motueka Survey District, adjoining or passing through Lot 1, D.P. 17539; as shown marked “J” on S.O. Plan 15318, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Fourth Schedule

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

685 square metres, situated in Block XV, Motueka Survey District, being Crown land; as shown marked “G” on S.O. Plan 15318, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Fifth Schedule

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

All those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Motueka Survey District, described as follows:

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 15318, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Service Lane Taken for Road in Wellington City

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares the service lane described in the Schedule to be acquired for road.

All that parcel of service lane containing 159 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 35198, situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District.

Road Stopped and Vested in Manawatu

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares the road described in the Schedule to be stopped, vested and amalgamated in that adjoining land described as being part subdivision “A”, Manchester District and also Lot 678, D.P. 42 and being all certificate of title 11A/1032, subject to all encumbrances registered on that certificate of title at the date of registration of this declaration in the Land Transfer Office.
