(b) Pursuant to section 117 (7), the said portion of stopped road (now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 68229) to be added to the adjoining local purposes (utility) reserve described in the Second Schedule.

Amending a Notice in Rodney District Declaring Stopped Road to be Vested

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, hereby amends the notice dated the 11th day of December 1996, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 January 1997, No. 1, at page 62 and registered in the Land Titles Office at Auckland as D 145398.3, declaring stopped road to be vested in Rodney District, pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting from the operative clause thereto the words “RA and MT Crawford Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland” and substituting therefore, the words Robert Alexander Crawford of Silverdale farmer, John Alexander Delugar of Auckland solicitor and Graeme Bruce Clark of Auckland chartered accountant jointly inter se (as to an undivided one half share) and Molly Tiahua Crawford of Silverdale married woman, John Alexander Delugar and Graeme Bruce Clark both above-named jointly inter se (as to one undivided half share) as tenants in common in the said shares”.

Stopped Road in Whangarei District to be Vested

Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares the part of stopped road described in the Schedule to be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 91C/654, subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Registry Office.

Road Realignment in Buller District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in The Buller District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declared the road described in the Second Schedule, to be stopped and equitably exchanged and further declares:

(i) Pursuant to section 120 (3), that the area of stopped road firstly and secondly described in the Second Schedule, now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 15451, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 9C/811, Nelson Land Registry.

(ii) That the area of stopped road thirdly described in the Second Schedule, now known as Section 3, S.O. 15451, shall be added to the adjoining stewardship land, being part Section 18, Block I, Waitakere Survey District, administered by the Department of Conservation.
