New Zealand Walkways Act 1990

Declaration of the Establishment of a Walkway to be Known as Aramoana Walkway

Pursuant to the New Zealand Walkways Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, Wanganui Conservancy, hereby declares that a walkway has been established over the land, described in the Schedule, and further declares that all the land described in the Schedule along with the land described in New Zealand Gazette, 14 April 1994, No. 33, page 1341, be known as the Aramoana Walkway.

Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (community facility) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

7431 square metres, more or less, being Section 148, Square 11, situated in Block III, Takaka Survey District. All certificate of title 9C/862.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve over part of the Queenstown Commonage Recreation Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

Otago Land District—Queenstown Lakes District

2200 square metres, more or less, being part Section 104; shown “A” on S.O. Plan 24383, Block XX, Shotover Survey District. Section 5, Queenstown Reserves Vesting and Empowering Act 1971.

Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
