Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over that part of a reserve, described in the Schedule below.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, West Coast Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Westland District Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvements of other reserves under the control of council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Road Realignment in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Thames-Coromandel Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken.
