All of State Highway No. 89 from its commencement at Brownston Street, Wanaka (at RP48/2.97) extending generally in an easterly direction to its junction with State Highway No. 6 at Mount Iron (at RP 48/5.62), a distance of approximately 2.63 kilometres.
All of that section of State Highway No. 96 on Birchwood Road at Ohai commencing at a point (at RP84/7.18) 110 metres south-west of Duchess Street and extending to its terminus at a point (at RP84/9.54) located 850 metres west of McLagan Street—a distance of approximately 2.36 kilometres.

No. 1 State Highway to include that section of the Kaitaia Bypass on Matthews Avenue from its intersection with State Highway No. 1 at a point (at RP 01/6.45), extending in a generally south-easterly direction the full length of Matthews Avenue to its intersection with Church Street and then along Church Street in a generally south-westerly direction to its intersection with State Highway No. 1 (at RP 01/8.34)—a distance of approximately 1.89 kilometres.
No. 1 State Highway to include that section of road at Picton commencing at a point (at RP 0/0.0) 80 metres north of the intersection of Auckland Street and London Quay, extending in a southerly direction along Auckland Street to its intersection with London Quay (at RP 0/0.08)—a distance of approximately 80 metres.
No. 11 State Highway to include that section of the Kawakawa to Paihia Road from its intersection with State Highway No. 1 (at new RS 0/0.00) in a generally northerly direction to a point (at new RP 0/14.05) 105 metres south of Toihitapu Road—a distance of approximately 14.05 kilometres.
No. 15 State Highway to include that section of the access road to the Port of Whangarei on Rewarewa Road, Kioreroa Road and Port Road commencing (at new RS 0) at the intersection of State Highway No. 1 and extending generally in an easterly direction to the eastern end of Rewarewa Road at Kioreroa Road, then along the full length of Kioreroa Road from Rewarewa Road to Port Road and then along Port Road from Kioreroa Road to a point (at RP 0/4.35) 225 metres south-east of the intersection of Fraser Street—a distance of approximately 4.35 kilometres.
No. 16 State Highway to include that section of Parnell Rise from its intersection with Stanley Street and The Strand (at RP 01/0.0), and then along full length of The Strand to its intersection with Quay Street (at new RP 0/0.0)—a distance of approximately 1.00 kilometres.
No. 21 State Highway to include all that section of Airport Road, between Tamahere and Rukuhia, commencing at the intersection with State Highway No. 1 (at new RP 0/0.00) and extending in a south-westerly direction to its intersection with State Highway No. 3 (at new RP 2/4.97); a distance of approximately 6.73 kilometres.
No. 24 State Highway to include that section of road between Matamata and Kaimai, commencing at the intersection of Firth Street (State Highway No. 27) and Broadway (at new RP 0/0.00) and extending in a south-easterly direction along Broadway, Mangawhero Road and Tauranga Road to the intersection with State Highway No. 29 (at new RP 0/12.97)—a distance of approximately 12.97 kilometres.
No. 28 State Highway to include that section of road between Putaruru and Kaimai, commencing at the intersection of Whites Road with State Highway No. 1 (at new RP 0/0.00) and extending in a north-easterly direction along Whites Road to the intersection with State Highway No. 5, then in common with State Highway No. 5 in a north-easterly direction to the intersection with Harwoods Road.
