Andrew Paul Taylor of Lower Hutt, was fined $350 and ordered to pay costs of $350. The fine and costs to be paid by 28 March 1997.

Paul Anthony Bowden of Lower Hutt, was fined $500 and ordered to pay costs of $350. The fine and costs to be paid by 28 March 1997.

Peri Phillip Kepa of Timaru, was fined $750 and ordered to pay costs of $250. The fine and costs to be paid by 23 May 1997.

Antony Robert Pearce of Christchurch, was fined $500 and ordered to pay costs of $350. The fine and costs to be paid by 5 September 1997.

Glenn Raymond Whittle of Auckland, had his electricians registration suspended until such time that he satisfactorily completes a course of tuition relating to electricity regulation and passes the electricians level regulations examination and stage 3 of the electricians practical assessment. The suspension remains in force.
