Approval of Code of Ethical Conduct Notice No. 1057 (300-A1-07)

Pursuant to section 19A (6) of the Animals Protection Act 1960, I hereby give notice that on the advice of the National Animal Ethics Advisory Committee, I have approved, on the date of this notice, the code of ethical conduct submitted to me by Richmond Campus, Nelson Polytechnic.

Notice of Disciplinary Action Taken by the Electrical Workers Registration Board

The Registrar of the Electrical Workers Registration Board (the board), having been directed by the board, and in accordance with section 139 of the Electricity Act 1992, gives notice of the following registered electrical workers having been disciplined by the board under Part XI of the Electricity Act 1992, and of the effect of the decision or order of the board:

Peter Sergei Galuszka of Wellington, was sent a letter of censure dated 25 March 1996.

Gordon Ronald Astwood of Stratford, was fined $250 and ordered to pay costs of $250. The fine and costs to be paid by 17 April 1996.

Richard Sheridan Cheevers of Wellington, was fined $250 and ordered to pay costs of $250. The fine and costs to be paid by 24 May 1996.

Brad Robert Flannagan of Feilding, was fined $750 and ordered to pay costs of $250. The fine and costs to be paid by 24 May 1996.

Scott David Martin of Wellington, was fined $100 and ordered to pay costs of $100. The fine and costs to be paid by 5 August 1996.

Graham Victor Salisbury of South Auckland, was fined $700 and ordered to pay costs of $250. The fine and costs to be paid by 5 August 1996.

Glenn Malcolm Keith Irvine of Paraparaumu, was sent a letter of censure dated 3 July 1996 and ordered to pay costs of $100. The costs to be paid by 5 August 1996.

Mark David Northcott of Porirua, was sent a letter of censure dated 3 July 1996 and ordered to pay costs of $100. The costs to be paid by 5 August 1996.

John Keith Stuart Paskaleff of Papatoetoe, had his electricians registration suspended until such time that he passes the electricians level third stage practical assessment. He was ordered to pay costs of $250. The costs to be paid by 5 August 1996.

Peter Maxwell Keesing of Auckland, was fined $100 and ordered to pay costs of $200. The fine and costs to be paid by 5 August 1996.

Jeffery Christopher Lewis of Wellington, was sent a letter of censure dated 17 August 1996.

Maxwell Kenneth Rose of Temuka, was fined $500 and ordered to pay costs of $250. The fine and costs to be paid by 22 November 1996.

Brent Howard Russell of Temuka, was fined $500 and ordered to pay costs of $250. The fine and costs to be paid by 20 December 1996.

Peter Raymond Chapman of Auckland, was fined $500 and ordered to pay costs of $250. The fine and costs to be paid by 17 February 1997.

David George Hall of Auckland, was sent a letter of censure dated 20 February 1997 and ordered to pay costs of $350. The costs to be paid by 28 March 1997.
