New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981

The New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice 1997

Pursuant to the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice 1997.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 12th day of June 1997.

  1. Fees for documents—The fees which the New Zealand Railways Corporation may charge for the preparation of the documents specified in section 118 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation 1981, shall be those prescribed in the Schedule to this notice.

  2. All fees quoted are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax.

  3. The New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice in 1992, is hereby revoked.

Reserves Act 1977

Cancellation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over that Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Devonport Branch of the Royal New Zealand Plunket Society (Inc.) to control and manage the local purpose (site for plunket rooms) reserve, described in the Schedule below, and further, revokes the reservation as a local purpose (site for plunket rooms) reserve over the said land.

North Auckland Land District—North Shore City

963 square metres, more or less, being Lot 69, D.P. 37884, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District. Part certificate of title 1122/201. Gazette notice No. 599569.1 (New Zealand Gazette, 1980, page 1047).
