Local Government Act 1974

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road, Block VII, Kaeo Survey District in Far North District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Far North District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on publication of this notice, the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

North Auckland Land District

1 square metre, more or less, being unformed legal road, adjoining Lot 1, D.P. 141294 and Section 1, S.O. Plan 68871; shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 68871, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped, and further declares that the said piece of stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60340, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 53C/106, South Auckland Land Registry.

First Schedule

South Auckland Land District

231 square metres, situated in Block I, Maketu Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 66426; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 60340, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Second Schedule

South Auckland Land District

295 square metres, situated in Block I, Maketu Survey District, adjoining part Lot 1, D.P. S. 66426; as shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 60340, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Road Realignment (State Highway No. 2) in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the First Schedule hereto, to be stopped, and further declares the said piece of stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 42104, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1064, folio 194, South Auckland Land Registry.

(b) Pursuant to section 119 (4), declares the severance described in the Second Schedule hereto, now known as Section 1, S.O. 42102, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1064, folio 194, South Auckland Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119 (4), declares the stopped Government road described in the Third Schedule hereto, and the severance described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, now known together as Section 2, S.O. 42102, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 48C/205, South Auckland Land Registry.
