Land Declared No Longer Needed For Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Lands Act 1949, and pursuant to authority delegated to me, I, John Graeme Simpson, National Property Manager, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

Notice

1. The land here described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.

2. This notice shall come into force on the 29th day of May 1997.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Waikato District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Waikato District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped, and further declares that the said piece of stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60389, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 27D/1393, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 808650.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

As shown on the above mentioned plans, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Land Acquired for Local Purpose (Community Buildings) Reserve in Taupo District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a local purpose (community buildings) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Taupo District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
