Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the Bannockburn Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

Vesting a Reserve in The Queenstown-Lakes District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in The Queenstown-Lakes District Council in trust for recreation purposes.

Reclassification of Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserves described in the Schedule hereto from reserves for recreation purposes to local purpose reserves (community use), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Otorohanga District Council on the 25th day of June 1996:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Otorohanga District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the said council in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve, within the meaning of the said Act.”

South Auckland Land District—Otorohanga District

965 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P.S. 76702, situated in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District. All certificate of title 61A/73.
