βUnsound Fruitβ Cut-off Day for the 1997 Kiwifruit Season
Pursuant to regulation 13DD, in relation to regulation 13DE of the Kiwifruit Marketing Regulations 1977, kiwifruit found to be unsound after critical non compliance with coolstore standard occurring on or before cut-off day, Kiwifruit New Zealand has resolved that the cut-off date shall be Sunday, the 14th day of December 1997 (end of week 50).

Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 60, Tasman to Motueka
It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 30 April 1997, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 60, commencing at the southern boundary of Dickers Road (at RP 17/8.03) and proceeding in a generally north-westerly direction on the north-eastern side of the highway to the north-eastern boundary of Wharf Road (at RP 17/15.24) and on the south-western side of the highway to the northern boundary of part Lot 10, D.P. 1525 (at RP 17/15.27), as more particularly shown in Plan LA 54/56/3 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Wellington, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 30 April 1997, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 60, commencing at the south-eastern boundary of Patons Rock Road (at RP 89/12.80) on the north-eastern side of the highway and at the south-eastern boundary of part Lot 3, D.P. 2164 (at RP 89/12.78) on the south-western side of the highway and proceeding in a generally north-westerly direction to the south-eastern boundary of Parapara Beach Road (at RP 103/8.96) as more particularly shown in Plan LAR 10/60/12 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Wellington, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
