In accordance with regulation 5 (3) of the Telecommunications (International Services) Regulations 1994 ("the regulations"), I, Cristine Ann Stevenson, Senior Advisor, Communications Division, Ministry of Commerce, hereby give notice that, acting under delegated authority, I have registered the company named in the Schedule to this notice as a registered operator for the purposes of the regulations on the date shown in that Schedule.

Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Whanau Tahi Amendment Notice 1997

Pursuant to section 155 (8) of the Education Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Education, the Group Manager Maori, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as the Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Whanau Tahi Amendment Notice 1997.

2. The notice entitled, "Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Whanau Tahi", published in the New Zealand Gazette of 30 May 1996, No. 54, page 1407, is hereby amended by revoking clause 5 and substituting the following clause:

   "5. Constitution of the Board of Trustees—The board shall comprise:

   (a) Five elected parent representatives
   (b) The principal
   (c) A staff representative
   (d) Not more than four persons co-opted by the board."

3. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as the Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Whakapumau I Te Reo Tuuturu Ki Waitaha Amendment Notice 1997.

2. The notice entitled, "Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Whakapumau I Te Reo Tuuturu Ki Waitaha", published in the New Zealand Gazette of 25 July 1991, No. 110, page 2429, is hereby amended by revoking clause 5 and substituting the following clause:

   "5. Constitution of the Board of Trustees—The board of trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Whakapumau I Te Reo Tuuturu Ki Waitaha, shall comprise:

   (a) Five elected parent representatives
