Declaring Road to be Stopped, Land to be Taken for Road and Land Acquired for Local Purpose Reserve (Landfill) in The Queenstown-Lakes District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a local purpose reserve (landfill) and shall vest in The Queenstown-Lakes District Council on the 10th day of April 1997.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Queenstown-Lakes District Council on the 10th day of April 1997.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be stopped and:

(i) The area marked “A” and “B” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 338/69.

(ii) The area marked “C” shall be added to the land in the First Schedule hereto, held for a local purpose reserve (landfill), vested in The Queenstown-Lakes District Council.
