Amending Notice

Land Held for a Post and Telegraph Storeyard Set Apart for Railway Purposes in the Borough of Riccarton

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading, dated the 11th day of October 1971, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 21st day of October 1971, No. 78 at page 2185, (now being all Gazette notice 848159), by omitting from the Schedule references to the following areas:

32.8 p and 27.2 p substituting the same with 33.7 p (852 m²) and 28.4 p (718 m²), respectively and

inserting at the end of the Schedule the following:

"As shown edged blue on S.O. Plan 10832, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch".

Crown Land at Main South Road Set Apart for Limited Access Road

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for limited access road which becomes road, limited access road and State highway.

Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped in Grey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch;

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule is acquired for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 7 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares that:

(i) The area marked “B” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5D/1283 (Westland Registry).

(ii) The area marked “C” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5D/1284 (Westland Registry).

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1997, No. 2.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
