10 APRIL NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

Road Realignment in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and shall vest in The Dunedin City Council on the 10th day of April 1997.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and:

(i) The areas described as “A” and “B”, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 44/231.

(ii) The area described as “L”, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 195/184.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Third Schedule, to be taken and amalgamated with the land described in certificate of title No. 44/231.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and shall vest in The Clutha District Council on the 10th day of April 1997.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 178/291.
