The Minister of Lands, declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be declared road and to remain vested in The New Plymouth District Council.
