Amending a Notice Declaring Railway Land to be Set Apart for Recreation Reserve in the Central Otago District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 15th day of November 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 November 1996, No. 169, page 4440, declaring railway land to be set apart for recreation reserve in the Central Otago District by omitting the following pieces of land described twenty-eighthly and twenty-ninthly in the Schedule thereto.
