Declaring Land to be Road and Land Taken for Severance in Grey District

In the notice with the above heading dated the 20th day of January 1997, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on 30 January 1997, No. 8, page 195, delete (b) (i) and the Second Schedule.

Road Realignment in Franklin District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Franklin District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares the piece of stopped road and the land taken, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 60181, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 46C/96, subject to caveat H. 571142, South Auckland Land Registry.

First Schedule
South Auckland Land District

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 60181, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Second Schedule
South Auckland Land District

8109 square metres, adjoining part Te Akau B20 and Section 10, Block II, Coast Survey District; as shown marked “C” on S.O. Plan 60181, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Third Schedule
South Auckland Land District

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 60181, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Severance Taken in Whangarei District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Service, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Whangarei District Council, and

(b) Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Third Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Whangarei District Council.

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to be stopped.
