Appointment of Member of the Higher Salaries Commission

Pursuant to sections 5 and 6 of the Higher Salaries Commission Act 1977, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, has appointed

Beverley Anne Wakem of Wellington

to be a member of the Higher Salaries Commission for the period commencing on the 22nd day of September 1997 and ceasing on the 21st day of September 2000.

Proposed Recommendation for Amendment to the Building Regulations 1992

That recommendation relates to the making of amendments to clause G12 of the First Schedule to the Building Regulations 1992 (“the building code”).

Civil Aviation Rules Part 172: Air Traffic Service Organisations — Certification which shall come into force on 1 January 1998.

Civil Aviation Rules Part 19: Transition Rules, Amendment 1 which shall come into force on 23 April 1998.

Civil Aviation Rules Part 1: Definitions and Abbreviations, Amendment 10 which shall come into force on 1 January 1998.
