Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Manager, Crown Property Services, Dunedin, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be declared road and shall vest in The Southland District Council.

Declaring Land Acquired for Road at Palmerston in the Waitaki District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares pursuant to section 20 (1), an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is acquired for road which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1) declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Tararua District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area marked “B”, now known as Section 1, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title G4/800.

(ii) The area marked “C”, now known as Section 2, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title H2/188.
