Land at Lake Coleridge Acquired for the Development of Water Power

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares:

1. That, pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for the development of water power and shall vest in Her Majesty the Queen, on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. That, pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be set apart for the development of water power.
