Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Nelson, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for education purposes, subject to fencing agreement in transfer 43196, and to building line restrictions by Orders in Council 980 and 111, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of November 1995, “Setting Apart Land for a State Primary School”, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 November 1995, No. 134 at page 4373, by deleting from the Schedule “Part Gazette notice 1890, page 1192” and substituting “Part C.T. 148/117”.
